Due to the nature and custom-sizing of our wedding attire, returns for these items can only be accepted for errors on our part. We cannot be held responsible for customer errors in measurements, wedding cancellations, weight fluctuations, changes of heart, etc.
We do accept returns on in-stock, standard items if still in new condition and if notified within 3 days of receipt.* There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns.
*Must notify us via email within 3 days of receipt. Return postage is customer’s responsibility.
