Shipping:

• All Items are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow time for both creation of your dress AND time in transit.
• Rush Orders: If you need your dress rushed, please email us before purchasing for any associated fees and to ensure there is sufficient time to fill your request.
• U.S. shipping: We will ship your items Absolutely Free via Priority Mail.
• International shipping (including Canada): There will be a charge of $39.00, billed separately.  

Returns:

• Due to the nature and custom-sizing of our Wedding Dresses, returns can only be accepted for errors on our part.  *However, if something should need to be adjusted after you receive your item, we will gladly do our best to accomodate your request*.  

• We do accept returns on in-stock, standard-size items if still in new condition, within 3 days of receipt, and minus a 20% restocking fee.  
• Please understand that we are not responsible for Customer errors in measurements, wedding cancellations, changes of heart, etc.  

*Must notify us via email within 3 days of receipt.  Return postage is Customer's responsibility.
